SHORT OVERVIEW

Gained valuable experience designing marketing material, print and digital for York Lions and York University's Athletics & Recreations department during my summer as one of York Lions' Graphic Designers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Digital Media Specialist of the York University Athletics and Recreation, my role as a Graphics Designer was to support the development and execution of design deliverables, such as printed promotional material for varsity athletics, intramurals, fitness centre and facilities, creating engaging and energetic social media artwork, supporting the A&R (Athletics and Recreation) app with artwork, and email campaign templates. I have also supported the creation of multimedia content such as photos and infographics.

• Revamped the York Lions' visual identity for their Summer and Fall 2017 social media artwork and printed materials.
• Supported the creation of digital advertisements that adhered to York University and York Lions brand guidelines.
• Assisted in the designing of print, digital and multimedia marketing materials for various mediums and platforms.
  
• Aided in the development of production timelines, design mockups, and pitches for creative concepts.
  
• Have been responsible for working on multiple projects while successfully meeting deadlines and maintaining quality of work.
