SYNOPSIS
Net Neutrality is the basic principle that prohibits internet service providers from speeding up, slowing down or blocking any content, applications or websites you want to use. I want the audience to see the open internet to be recognized as an integral and liberating tool in our daily life and as more important and beneficial than having those freedoms be taken away through this social campaign.
Users of the internet viewing this issue as urgent is the desired perception of the campaign. The direct and indirect effects of a restricted, potentially more expensive internet will be grand. I want viewers to take action by visiting the website to learn more about net neutrality, sharing with others, and how to support it.
In addition to campaigning online, I have explore more grounded methods of promotion to drive the message home. Environmental deliverables such as bus wraps and posters could add a sense of weight and legitimacy to the issue, as well as grabbing people’s attention.
FINAL DELIVERABLES
FINAL DELIVERABLES
As this is an internet issue, I believe it’s appropriate to campaign on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. so users can share & spread the posts and/or be directed to a variety of ways to show awareness.
