Internet privacy are paramount to users, especially as the digital devices and services we use everyday take on increasingly critical roles in our lives. Using statistical data, playful yet elegant illustrations and careful attention to layout design, I want to showcase why your internet is important, ways to protect and control your online content, and advocates fighting for greater digital rights.
Final deliverables include the pamphlet and poster, as well as the digital publication designed for the web. Both showcase not only the visual concepts developed throughout the project, but display the compiled research on the topic of internet privacy.
Aesthetically, I aimed to evoke a sense of caution and warning to drive the significance of internet privacy and surveillance. Inspired primairly by official and fan artwork of George Orwell's 1984 — I've applied a bold, vintage visual language through colour, typography, and illustration.

Based on the pamphlet, I've created an interactive digital publication designed for the tablets and the web using InVision. A significant part of the project was considering the chosen format's proportions, usability and navigation and how the interactive aspects available within the chosen software impacts the narrative structure.
View and interact with the digital publication on inVision.
